Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All refurbished laptops sold by RefurbLaptops.in are covered under a limited warranty of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months, depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

This warranty applies to laptops from the following brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Samsung.

The warranty covers:

• Hardware defects

• Functional issues not caused by physical damage

• Manufacturing faults identified after purchase

• Internal components such as motherboard, RAM, processor, and SSD/HDD

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period begins from the date of invoice.

Available warranty plans:

• 3 Months Warranty

• 6 Months Warranty

• 12 Months Warranty

3. What is Covered

During the warranty period, we will:

• Repair the laptop free of cost OR

• Replace defective parts with equivalent refurbished/compatible parts OR

• Provide replacement laptop (only if repair is not possible)

4. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken screen)

• Water or liquid damage

• Power surge or electrical damage

• Battery backup issues (battery is consumable)

• Charger/accessories (unless specifically mentioned)

• Software issues (virus, OS corruption, user-installed apps)

• Unauthorized repairs or tampering

• Normal wear and tear (keyboard fading, minor scratches)

5. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

• If the laptop has a major issue within 3 days of delivery, it qualifies as DOA.

• We will provide: Immediate replacement OR Full repair priority service.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty:

1. Contact our support team

2. Share invoice and issue details

3. Visit our service center OR request pickup (if available)

7. Service Timeline

• Diagnosis: 1–2 working days

• Repair: 3–7 working days (depending on issue)

8. Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided only if:

• Same issue repeats multiple times

• Repair is not feasible

Replacement will be:

• Same model OR

• Equivalent configuration laptop

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Use laptop under normal conditions

• Avoid physical/liquid damage

• Keep invoice safe

• Do not open or repair by third-party technicians

10. Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if:

• Device is physically damaged

• Seal/sticker is removed

• Unauthorized service is performed

• Serial number is tampered

11. Limitation of Liability

RefurbLaptops.in is not responsible for:

• Data loss (customers must take backup)

• Indirect or incidental damages
